Day 6 - Berry Island walk AM

This is an illegal entry by Graham Oldfield who hijacked the computer, it has been inspected by the editor-in-chief!

The Australian Bottle Brush tree - one of my favourite new flowers.

It was a rare thing in Sydney today, it was under 30 degrees and a little overcast. We took the opportunity to do a little bushwalk from home (only 6100 steps, just a quickie before lunch) Ma was at one with nature, first admiring the bottlebrush plants and secondly almost being attacked by a crazed crow that kept following and almost dive bombed her at one point and then almost being licked on the face by a Labrador as she lay on the grass at Berry Island!! I was poised and ready with camera in hand but forgot to take a picture as I was too busy laughing. As Maurice would say "Gary Bailey eat your heart out".

The pesky crow that was following our footsteps, perhaps after the minstrel chocolates Graham had in his pocket, and below on the final steps home.

A slight hiccup on our return as we realised that none of us had brought our keys with us. (Bek seems to recall asking me if I had mine and me replying something along the lines of "Yes") Luckily we proved just how easy it is to break into our house and I was in through mums bedroom window in seconds. (I better have been the first bloke to have sneaked in that window this holiday!!)
Breaking and entering!
