Day 13 - Barbeque with Friends

To-day fairly quick showers, breakfast and out to the shops for fresh salads and bread etc.

I have to say I was so impressed with the standard of food in the supermarket, the presentation is first class, everything looked so wonderful it is perhaps as well the shops back home are not this standard or I could perhaps spend even more on food!

They say too many cooks spoil the broth, but for a short time all three of us worked in the kitchen and I am happy to say, we are still all speaking.

Dinner Time - thanks Chef Chalky!

Slowly the invited friends arrived, with dog, toddler and a baby, so I had my Isla fix. All three were well behaved even Gareth!

Ainsley's surrogate nan!

We had a very pleasant afternoon, even though Mick arrived with his white shirt doctored to a Luton Shirt Number 9, then realised it should have said 5, much to Chalk’s disgust.

After all had departed, not Gareth, there was a serious Chess game to play once more, they weren’t even playing for Chocolates this time! However time was getting closer to the Football so once more a picture was taken of the Chess board for another day.

Another busy day, met some lovely people, it will be much more interesting to be able to picture the places they go and the friends which they spend their time.
